Return Process

  Carefully place the unworn pet gear in its original packaging, ensuring all fur has been removed and tags remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
